Once we selected our seafood, it was cooked to our preference and to perfection. We tried grilled & fried varieties and nothing was over cooked. The must-try is the grilled lobster which was to die for! It was juicy, full of flavour & the highlight of the meal.

We also tried the shrimp soup & seafood salad from the menu, and those did not disappoint. The soup base has depth of flavour which keeps you coming back for another sip. The salad was fresh, lemony with vibrant greens.

The ambiance of the restaurant is elegant with eye-catching details which represent the concept which is seafood. The staff were also well-versed with their menus, giving us helpful suggestions and were very courteous & kind.

Overall, there is really nothing that I could fault with my experience at Seascape Restaurant and highly recommend you visit when you are in Ajman.

The seafood do arrives by 10 am directly from the fresh fish markets near by in Ajman, so if you arrives to lunch by 2 pm most likely your fish was catched few hours before your arrival.

We were party of 12 people we order seafood gumbo soups with Saffron, followed by thier award winning smoke salmon salad, for main course we ordered stuff with Italian cheese baked lobester and another lobster grilled with in house special spices, we also ordered grilled gulf jumbo shrimps with shells on and peeled, we also have grilled fresh Hamour,Seapass,Seapreem and fried calamari,

The food was so tasty, delicious and mouth watering full of exceptional flavors due to the freshness of the fish touched eith light touch of thier special herbs and spices which they imports directly to thier restaurant, the food was cooked and served to us in vert timely manor.

I personally has been in multiple sea food restaurants around the globe starting from my home in California to many restaurant in Europe and Middle East, my seafood dining experience today at the Seascape restaurant has topped every seafood resturant i have ever been too.

My deep appreciation to restaurant management and to the staff that served us, next time when you are in Dubai or Ajman come and experience this wounderful journey in to the Excellence of Seafood cooking at the Seascape restaurant at Ajman wyndham Garden Hotel.
